The chair has a self-adjusting, synchronous tilt mechanism which encourage movement throughout the day. The seat pad provides great support and also minimises pressure points.

Use the chair at home and in an office setting to give you that home from home look. Asari is also made using Ocean-Bound plastics to help the environment.

What does Asari mean?

The word Asari is Japanese for ‘clam’ and in the case of Herman Miller’s Asari chair, can be seen in the design as the backrest and seat resemble an open clam shell.

Asari with Colour Flood Finish

‘Colour Flood’ is an approach to colouration by Herman Miller that seeks to match the seat and base uniformly in its stark or vibrant tone. Popular colours include Marigold RLD in Clarion (yellow), Canyon DR1 Etruscan (red) and Cocoa CC1 in Antler (light grey).

Alternatively the Asari is available in leather or with a blended colour finish.
