Christmas Schedule

Our Offices will close on the eve of the 20th December and will re open on 2nd January 2025. Orders will taken over this period online will be processed on 2nd of January.

QUICK DELIVERY CHAIRS

We will deliver from stock in 48-72 hours * within the UK mainland Free of charge ( excludes the highlands)

*Delivery will be Mon-Fri.

For example if you order on a Friday delivery will be the following Tuesday

STANDARD DELIVERY TIME

On all orders FROM STOCK WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN UK MAINLAND ( Except Scottish highlands) IN 3-5 WORKING DAYS (unless otherwise stated) this service is during the working week MON- FRI 8AM TO 6PM and is FREE OF CHARGE.

DESIGN YOUR OWN

Are made to order products you can find the lead time under the add to basket button on each individual product page (these are as accurate as possible) delivery dates will be uploaded to your user area the link is on the order confirmation. More general delivery info can be found on each product page under delivery and returns

Please note :- All delivery dates of 3 weeks or more will have to take in to account the Christmas Break as all factories will close from COB on 20th December reopening on the 2nd Of January 2025

PRE ORDER

Are products we have coming back in to stock and the dates are on the product pages. When you buy a pre order item it is reserved and when it arrives with us we ship it on to you please allow 3- 5 working days after date shown for delivery.

DELIVER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS OTHER THAN THE INVOICE OR CARDHOLDER ADDRESS

If you or your company wants to order a chair or product we offer  and send it to a different address other than the billing address no problem!

CHANGE OF DELIVERY INFORMATION

Can you please let us know no longer than 24 hours after the order has been placed as this could incur a charge as some 3-5 working day items may have already been sent.

SPECIAL DELIVERY REQUESTS

If for example you’re going on holiday and you would like your chair delivered on your return, we are very happy to assist. Just place your order as normal and send us a follow up email with the order number and your specific dates and we will be happy to oblige Email sales@officechairsuk.co.uk

OUR DELIVERY PARTNERS

Office Chairs UK  partner with ParcelForce and a local courier company Aylesford Couriers to make our deliveries. ParcelForce only offers a door to door delivery and their drivers are not insured to enter the property of a recipient and should not do so due to health and safety reasons or accidental damage to the property. (These are the Terms and Conditions of ParcelForce). Once the goods are collected and scanned by Parcel Force you will receive either a text or email with the delivery information.

PLEASE NOTE ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED WE CAN’T STOP THE DELIVERY OR CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS. (THIS IS THE POLICY OF THE CARRIERS)

Deliveries using Aylesford Couriers ( Not Parcel Force) are Monday – Friday during normal business hours 9-5 pm. Aylesford Couriers will contact you by either Text message or phone if we don’t have a mobile number to arrange a mutually agreed time for delivery.

Dedicated or out of hours timed deliveries. We can help with your request please ask the sales team for a quotation.

FURNITURE DELIVERIES

Eg desks or tables that are to be installed either in a office or at home it is the responsibility of the receiver to ensure that there is sufficient access for the item to be installed and that the item will fit. This service can be chargeable

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF THE UK MAINLAND

We do deliver outside of the UK when you are on the basket page and type your address you will get a delivery charge displayed. We deliver to NI & ROI and all main European countries.

The delivery time would usually depend on the product and which country eg. Spain 7-10 working days on top of the lead time shown.
