Business customers who need a Pro Forma invoice this option is available on the Checkout Page an email order confirmation will be sent along with the Pro Forma invoice which will be an attachment.
Pro Forma invoices must be paid within 3-5 working days. Prices and availability cannot be guaranteed if payment received later than 5 days.

What happens next after you have placed your order?

Once you have placed your online order you will receive an automatic copy by return to the email address given. This will show the product, price paid and address details. If you have selected a product from stock this will be dispatched in accordance with your delivery choice. We will be in touch to advise you of the day of delivery.

If it is a product that we need to get made for you there may be a period of silence during this process however you will receive an email with an expected delivery date about 1 week after your order has been placed with us. If you have created an account you can see the progress by logging in at any time.
