If you’re buying a chair for your home or a business, making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the Basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details eg phone no, email address etc that we need to be able to complete the order.

The invoice address and delivery address can be different.

Visa Credit & Debit , Mastercard Credit & Debit, American Express payments are processed  through the Secure Natwest TYL Payment Page.

Now you can also pay by BAC’S (Bank Transfer )

Business Customers

  • We Except Company Purchase Orders
  • For Business’s we are also happy to assign order numbers etc to the order.
  • Need a Quotation If you are a business we are happy to supply a written quotation email us what you would like to  sales@officechairsuk.co.uk. and we will send a written quote by return within 1 x Business day.
  • Prices shown have been discounted from the manufacturers RRP due to our strong buying power.
  • Business customers who need a Pro Forma invoice this option is available on the Checkout Page  an email order confirmation will be sent along with the Pro Forma invoice which will be an attachment.
  • Pro Forma invoices must be paid within 3-5 working days. Prices and availability cannot be guaranteed if payment received later than 5 days.

What Happens Next?

Once you have placed your online order you will receive an automatic copy by return to the email address given. This will show the product, price paid and address details. If you have selected a product from stock this will be dispatched in accordance with your delivery choice. We will be in touch to advise you of the day of delivery.

If it is a product that we need to get made for you there may be a period of silence during this process however you will receive an email with an expected delivery date about 1 week after your order has been placed with us. If you have created an account you can see the progress by logging in at any time.
