Table top: heavy glass 19 mm ground rounded edges.
Base: solid ash in black walnut or maple lacquered finish rounded edges.
Origin of wood: ash (Fraxinus excelsior) walnut (Juglans nigra) and maple (Acer platanoides) from Western Europe and/or Poland.

Noguchi regarded the Coffee table as his best furniture design.
The Noguchi Table’s solid wood base comes in a variety of wood options. Walnut, one of the originals from when the table launched, remains a classic choice while Noguchi Black evokes a sense of timeless modernism. The warmth of white oak and the natural, “freshly cut” look of white ash also demonstrate the versatility that this beautiful design offers.
Authentic Piece.
To let you know that your coffee table is authentic, the signature of Isamu Noguchi appears on the longest edge of the glass top and on a medallion to the underside of the base. Under the medallion, his initials are stamped into the base.
