The Verus chair is an entry level chair into the World of Herman Miller. With this you get not only the benefit of the extensive research and design of Herman Miller but also the 12 Year Warranty.
It is always better to keep moving your position in an office chair. The Chair has the option to do this. The synchronous mechanism can be set to recline to various angles and also the pressure is automatically adjusted for your individual body weight.
The built in Sacral support in the backrest will also encourage better posture.
