Delivery

Our FREE* standard delivery timeframe for all orders is 3-5 working days (unless otherwise specified). For ‘Made to Order’ and ‘Design your own’ chairs, the lead time is indicated under the ‘Add to Basket’ button. With bespoke items, we strive to provide as accurate estimates as possible.

Standard delivery occurs from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, and is complimentary for all orders within mainland UK*.

*Excludes the Scottish Highlands, where additional charges apply.

Products labelled as PRE-ORDER signify items returning to stock, and respective dates are specified on the product pages. Upon purchasing a pre-order item, it is reserved, and upon arrival at our facility, we promptly dispatch it to you. Kindly allow 3 working days post the indicated date for delivery. Our shipping extends to NI, ROI, the Channel Islands, and mainland Europe as well.

Easy Returns

All items listed as in-stock can be easily returned or exchanged. The item must be in its original packaging, in new and unused condition. You have 14 days from the date the item was received to initiate the return. We can arrange the return for you.
