We are actively monitoring this rapidly evolving situation. We take the health and safety of our people and customers very seriously. We have provided guidance to our people, our customers and communities in which we operate, to help prevent the spread of any infection. We are doing so in line with preventative guidance from PHE.

THE STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES ON ORDERS FROM STOCK WILL BE 3-5 WORKING DAYS DELIVERED (unless otherwise stated). THIS SERVICE IS DURING THE WORKING WEEK MON- FRI 8AM TO 6PM
THE DELIVERY OPTIONS 2,3,4 and 5 BELOW ARE AT THE MOMENT ON HOLD. updated 14.15pm on the 1st February.

2. If you would prefer our NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY SERVICE (this is chargeable and is shown as a Delivery option on each product, £40.00+VAT for chairs, £15+VAT for monitor arms and lights) and we have your order BEFORE 3PM ON A WEEKDAY EXCLUDING UK PUBLIC HOLIDAYS we will deliver the order on the next available working day between 8am and 6pm. * this is always subject to stock availability. We do endeavour to make sure that the stock levels are accurate.
IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY PACKAGE DOES NOT ARRIVE ON THE DAY EXPECTED WE NEED TO BE MADE AWARE OF THIS BY YOU BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON THE DAY THE PARCEL(S) WAS DUE IN ORDER FOR US TO INVESTIGATE WHERE THE PARCEL(S) IS.
3. WE HAVE NOW INTRODUCED A 48 HOUR DELIVERY OPTION FOR £25+VAT. YOUR ORDER NEEDS TO BE PLACED BY 3PM ON A WORKING DAY. THE ITEM WILL THEN BE DISPATCHED AND WILL ARRIVE 48 HOURS LATER NOT EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
4. YOU CAN CHOOSE A DELIVERY DATE SELECTOR SO YOU CAN SELECT A DAY OF CONVENIENCE TO RECEIVE YOUR DELIVERY. THIS IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR WORKING DAYS AND OFFERS A WINDOW OF 3 TO 10 DAYS. THIS OPTION WILL INCUR A CHARGE OF £37.50+VAT BUT WILL EXCLUDE PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. THE DELIVERIES WILL BE BETWEEN 8AM AND 6PM.
5. For Saturday deliveries is optional on all products that are available for next day delivery. You will now find the additional option in the delivery option drop down. If this selection is made on a Friday afternoon, we do have a cutoff of 1pm. The cost for this service is £45+VAT.
6. If the item is made to order this process usually takes between 2-4 weeks on average but in some cases it can take longer which will be specified on the individual product page.
7. We offer the ability to deliver to a different delivery address from the invoice or cardholder address.
8. Should you need to change any delivery arrangements, can you please let us know no longer than 72 hours after the order has been placed as this could incur a charge.
9. Should you have any special delivery requests, for example you're going on holiday and you would like your chair delivered on your return, we are very happy to assist. Just place your order as normal and send us a follow up email with the order number and your specific dates and we will be happy to oblige. Email email@example.com
10. We partner with ParcelForce to make our deliveries. ParcelForce only offers a door to door delivery and their drivers are not insured to enter the property of a recipient and should not do so due to health and safety reasons or accidental damage to the property. (These are the Terms and Conditions of ParcelForce).
11. DELIVERIES USING OUR OWN TRANSPORT (NOT PARCELFORCE) ARE MONDAY TO THURSDAY DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS OF 9-5PM. FOR ANY DEDICATED TIMED DELIVERIES OR OUT OF HOURS WILL BE CHARGEABLE (QUOTATION UPON REQUEST)
12. FOR ANY FURNITURE DELIVERIES THAT ARE TO BE INSTALLED INTO THE CUSTOMERS PREMISES IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECEIVER TO ENSURE THAT THERE IS SUFFICIENT ACCESS FOR THE ITEM TO BE INSTALLED EG STAIRCASE ACCESS.
