 WE ARE TRADING AS NORMAL AND ALL DELIVERIES ARE RUNNING AS PER THE TIMESCALES SHOWN ON THE PRODUCT PAGES. updated 21/7/2021 at 14.15pm

We will deliver FREE OF CHARGE ON ALL CHAIRS AND ACCESSORY ORDERS unless stated otherwise.

HAVE YOUR ITEM DELIVERED TO EITHER  YOUR HOME ADDRESS OR THE WORKPLACE.

RETURN AN ITEM OR EXCHANGE

WE ARE WORKING AS HARD AS WE CAN TO GET YOU THE ORDERS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND IN LINE WITH YOUR SELECTED DELIVERY OPTION. HOWEVER, THE COURIER COMPANIES ARE OVERWHELMED SO PLEASE BEAR WITH US WE ARE TRYING TO KEEP TO THE ALL THE LEAD TIMES GIVEN.

OUR AIM IS TO BE AS EASY AND FLEXIBLE AS POSSIBLE

1. Standard delivery time on all orders FROM STOCK WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 3-5 WORKING DAYS  (unless otherwise stated) this service is during the working week  MON- FRI  8AM TO 6PM and is  FREE OF CHARGE!

2. If the item is made to order ( Design your own) you can find the lead time under the product description in the  specification and delivery information on each individual product page (these are as accurate as possible) delivery dates will be uploaded to your user area the link is on the order confirmation.

Products showing PRE ORDER are items we have coming back in to stock and the dates are on the product pages. When you buy a pre order item it is reserved and when it arrives with us we ship it on to you please allow 3 working days after date shown for delivery.

3. We offer the ability to deliver to a different delivery address from the invoice or cardholder address. If your company wants to order a chair and send it to a home address no problem!

4. Should you need to change any delivery arrangements, can you please let us know no longer than 24 hours after the order has been placed as this could incur a charge as some 3-5 working day items may have already been sent.

5. Should you have any special delivery requests, for example you're going on holiday and you would like your chair delivered on your return, we are very happy to assist. Just place your order as normal and send us a follow up email with the order number and your specific dates and we will be happy to oblige. Email sales@officechairsuk.co.uk

6. We partner with ParcelForce to make our deliveries. ParcelForce only offers a door to door delivery and their drivers are not insured to enter the property of a recipient and should not do so due to health and safety reasons or accidental damage to the property. (These are the Terms and Conditions of ParcelForce).

PLEASE NOTE ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED WE CAN'T STOP THE DELIVERY OR CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS. (THIS IS THE POLICY OF THE CARRIERS)

7. Deliveries using our own dedicated courier company ( Not parcel force) are Monday - Friday during normal business hours 9-5pm. for any dedicated , out of hours or timed deliveries will be chargeable ( Quotation upon request)

8. Any furniture deliveries eg desks , table etc that are to be installed either in a office or at home it is the responsibility of the receiver to ensure that there is sufficient access for the item to be installed eg staircase access also COVID 19 protocols to be adhered to.

All products must be signed for upon delivery unless previously agreed in advance during covid this has been relaxed.
