If you would like to return or exchange an item
If you have had a change of heart or the product is not suitable you can make a return or exchange . (Conditions below)
RETURNING STOCK ITEMS MUST BE IN THE CONDITION THEY WERE RECEIVED AND IN ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
All items listed as in stock can be returned or exchanged
The item must be in the original packaging and in New Condition. You have 14 days from the date the item was received.
The cost of The Return Delivery is with the sender however, we can arrange a Return collection for you, the cost of this service is £55+VAT UK Mainland only . We can then deduct this cost from your final refund. Once it arrives back in our warehouse and has been checked we will then issue a refund.

Once the refund is issued please allow for the banking system to process the money back to you.
If you originally selected to pay an additional charge for quick delivery we will only refund the price paid for the item and not the enhanced delivery charge.
