How to make your own
Zoom doesn’t actually restrict the sizes of your background, however it is recommended that your image has an aspect ratio of 16:9 and a minimum resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. There are many applications and softwares you can use to create your background, including Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Microsoft Paint, and much more.

Browse for an image you wish to include in your background. Once you have found the perfect image, upload it to your blank canvas and start to crop and adjust it to fit the correct dimensions. You can add coloured effects, stickers, more images, text, and anything else you wish to work into your design. Once you have finalised your ideal Zoom background, simply save and download it.

When you’re ready to enable your new virtual Zoom background, follow the below steps to get it set up:

Sign into your Zoom web portal

Click “My Meeting Settings”

Find the Virtual Background option on the Meeting tab and enable the setting
