The Herman Miller Verus Mesh back chair with all of the adjustments that you will need. The Verus chair is an entry level chair into the World of Herman Miller. With this you get not only the benefit of the extensive research and design of Herman Miller but also the 12 Year Warranty.
It is always better to keep moving your position in an office chair. The Chair has the option to do this. The synchronous mechanism can be set to recline to various angles and also you can adjust the pressure for your individual body weight.
The Herman Miller Verus Black Mesh office chair also has a forward tilt which you can have either on or off. This means that the front of the chair can be lower at the front when you lean forward when typing and will keep your back in a natural S curve rather than slouching and causing issues. The built in Sacral support in the backrest will also encourage better posture.
